Vegan/Healthy Nutella

Hello everybody! Today I’m going to share with you the recipe for a vegan/kinda-healthy Nutella! I’m saying kinda-healthy because no matter what ingredients you use, Nutella’s never ever going to be completely healthy. However, this is a healthier option you can do yourself at home!


100g of dark chocolate

50g of toasted hazelnuts

70g of cane sugar

Half a glass of soy milk

A tablespoon of vegetable oil

Toast the hazelnuts in a pan (be careful not to burn them!). Put the sugar, the hazelnuts and the chocolate (in pieces) in a blender and mince them. Then, put the mixture in a double boiler stirring with a spoon. It’s very important to keep stirring, otherwise the chocolate is going to burn and make the Nutella taste very bitter. As soon as the chocolate starts to melt, add the soy milk a bit at a time until the mixture is consistent. Then, add the tablespoon of vegetable oil and the remaining milk. Keep stirring until the mixture will be less liquid (about 5-10 minutes).

This Nutella is super delicious and very easy to make! You’ll have to keep it in the fridge and it’s going to last about 20 days.
